Savoury cheese cake


Three rounds of 60% fat brine cheese
150gms of Labneh
Garlic puree
Black pepper
TUC biscuits

Squish the brine cheese, Labneh and condiments together.

Crunch TUC biscuits up and mix with melted butter to make cheese cake biscuit base.

Paste cheesy mix over biscuit base the way you would with a cheese cake.

Stick in freezer to harden up

Put in fridge to become cool

Eat and enjoy.

Garlic, pepper, chilli to taste with the cheesy mix, different people like different things.
