Comfort food my grandmother would make. Chicken livers

Fry onions until slightly caramelised (my grandmother would use a hard vegetable fat not oil).

Remove onions.

Fry chicken until cooked.

Mix together, season and chop to buggery with a mezza-luna.

Serve on a bed of risotto rice.
